BakeShape Studio provides digital 3D printable designs for baking tools, cookie cutters, stamps, stencils, and related crafting items. All users must purchase a license for each design to access and download files.

• Personal Use License: One-time purchase per design, restricted to personal, non-commercial use.

2. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are securely processed through Stripe
• All sales (licenses) are final and non-refundable

All designs, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on BakeShape Studio are owned by BakeShape Studio or our licensors. The license granted to you does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

You retain ownership of any physical items you create using our designs in accordance with your license terms.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease, but previously downloaded designs and their associated licenses will remain valid according to the terms under which they were obtained.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Lithuania.
