BakeShape Studio provides digital 3D printable designs for baking tools, cookie cutters, stamps, stencils, and related crafting items. All users must purchase a license to access and download files. We offer three license tiers:
To access our services, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.
All licenses (Creator, Maker, and Studio) include commercial rights for physical product sales made using our designs.

All designs, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on BakeShape Studio are owned by BakeShape Studio or our licensors. The license granted to you does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
You retain ownership of any physical items you create using our designs in accordance with your license terms.

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

You acknowledge that 3D printing involves inherent risks, and you are responsible for using our designs safely and in accordance with your 3D printer's specifications and safety guidelines.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BakeShape Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease, but previously downloaded designs and their associated licenses will remain valid according to the terms under which they were obtained.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Lithuania.
